Cross Reporting with Crystal Reports XI

I am not referring to Crosstab reports. Apparently there is a new feature in CR XI that allows something called Cross Reporting. It works in a similar way to ondemand linked subreports. It allows you to set criteria to drill down on any item in a report to get more detail on any data item shown across a report. The idea is that the output of a report can generate another report. It kind of follows the Business Objects capabilities.

Has anyone heard of this? Am I using the wrong terminology?
