Hi Guys,
I have a problem which has brought us to a stop.
Ive been working throught the Integration of CRM and Avaya and we have found an issue with our Server Install, we have a development environment set up as a Virtual Server, At the point in the install where it asks for the CRM server name, we input the name and the software does not pick up the CRM server.
Now we have tried the Host name + domain, local host, direct IP, even changed the name of the box, ive also checked the spns set, it all replicates our production CRM environment, would you have any idea with issues that may arise with the integration software?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
