I was working on my database on my laptop. However, little did I know that one of my battery chargers does not work. I presumed it had becuse the charged light was on. Anway after only using the laptop for 10 minutes it started bleeping that the battery was running flat. However, I did not have enough time to fully save the one form I was working on. Anyway when I opened the database up again there were no forms. I have looked for temp files and every time I try to create a form I get error messages. Should I start again? (Yes I know I should have backed it up.) Someone sugessted that it was just Access itself that was corrupted but I tried converting the file to acces97 and opening it on another comptuer with no success. I also have a group of sample databases on CD that I got with a book. I copied one of the samples and renamed it on the laptop and then created a form with no errors. So I ahve come to the conclusion that it is my database that is the problem. WHat do u think???
Thank u

If repair doesn't work, try creating an empty database and importing all the objects from the damaged one. That often solves problems that Repair doesn't fix. Rick Sprague
