creating word document

Hi to all,

Can somebody tell me that how we can create and save a word document from a visual basic program. I want that people should fill the VB form and that data should be saved in a word doc and everytime the word document should be saved by the date and xxx format (like 09-09-2003-aaa.doc) at a prespecified location. I am using visual studio enterprise edition.
