Creating Templates for Both Dreamweaver and Frontpage

I would like to make a free web site template for the niche that I am in.

I use Dreamweaver and I used to use Frontpage many years ago.

Is it possible to make one web site template for both applications?

nope, but you can share html and files and people can create their own template files out of them...or....make them separetly (.dwt) and whatever that other nasty app by M$ uses.
