Creating Smart card Driver Instalables With a given INF file

Hi,
I am faqcing a problem that I have to create a Smart card driver Installables and I have only a INF file for that driver. I have to make such an application to install the driver for the Smart card reader immaterial to the availability of the device. That is The Device May or may not be there while the installation of the drivers.


Again mentioning that I have only INF file for that driver...


HELP ME OUTTTTTT..
