Creating rows from a concatenated cell in Excel

I have an Excel file which contains cells like so:

Column A Column B

2580 1432, 4321, 2342

What I would like to do is created multiple rows from this so that I get

2580 1432
2580 4321
2580 2342

Column B can have more than 3 values. The values are always separated by a comma.

Any help appreciated.

You can use Data/text to columns: using the , as a separator

Then Paste special, transpose to turn them into rows

Not clear what you want to do with column a though
