Hi,

Just took over a system 11. How can I get line usage and call trending reports?

Does system 11 support a VOIP upgrade?

Thanks All!!

Cheers

You can get traffic study from LD 2. And you can set-up CDR for both internal and external calls. For CDR you will need a buffer box or DBA. Then you need a call accounting system to parse the information. OTM would work great for this. And yes the 11c can be upgraded to support VoIP. But not an 11 or 11E.

Hope this helps.

the cdr data can be sent to any term package, hyperterm or procomm are the most common. if anyone in your group is halfway decent with excel, that is all the sofware you'll need to sort the txt file.. as far as tracing.. ld 80 will let you do a trace on any call at any time and give you end to end info on that call.. if your using procomm, you can use script files that will trace any phone(s) at any interval you choose.. if your new to scripts and have a need for a script to do an active trace on a few stations, let me know and i'll write you a short script and post it here to help you get started

Johnpoole,

I have been wondering about this for some time. I have a couple stations I need to track. My CDR only tracks external calls and I need to track a couple stations internal. I didn't want my CDR flooded with internal calls.

Can you get me started on what I need to do for a Procomm script to track a couple stations. I'm getting tired of being called by someone’s manager and asking to track a person call at that time!

Thanks
