I want to create a trunk group with 8 numbers besides the main number. I can setup the trunk group alright, but I'm wondering about the actual "rollover" itself. It seems to me if you want a call to try the main number, and then the following trunks if the main number is busy, that you would have to have the phone company set it up. Is this correct, and what is the right terminology for this type of request.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

You are correct. Trunk roll over is accomplished by the provider of the trunks. If you want network roll over, it can only be accomplished by additonal trunks, or the provider allowing overflow to another group of trunks. There could be alot of discussion as to what the most cost effective method is to do this, but none the less, you must have the necessary networks trunks. Hope this helps
