I need to create a report with multiple page lengths for each record returned from a parameter query. Currently, the report prints a "Customer Copy" and a "File Copy". The contents of both pages is identical except for the phrases "customer copy" and "File Copy" respectively. I simply duplicated the report and made it 2 pages in length instead of one. So far all ws well. However, now, a third page for the "Serviceman's copy" is required. The problem is that the length of a report in Access seems to be limited and I can't figure out how to generate the third copy, the "serviceman's copy". Is there any way to lengthen the detail section of a report to allow me 3 pages?
I hope this makes sense. To summarize - I want to be able to run the parameter query to produce a report with 3 copies for each record returned, a "Customer Copy" a "File COpy" and a "Serviceman's Copy"
I don't write code but any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thank You,
Jerry D.

You can do this without code. I would create a table "tblCopies" with field CopyNumber, CopyTitle and records:
1 Customer
2 File
3 Serviceman's

Then add this table to the record source of your report. Don't create any joins to this table. Add both fields to the query grid.
If you are printing a report based on SalesRecptNo then sort first by SalesRecptNo and then by CopyNumber. Create a CopyNumber footer and add the CopyTitle and set the properties to create a new page after this section.
