Creating Interim Group on 3903/3904 Phones

How do you create an interim group for M3903/M3904 phone sets? I tried using key 08, but I get the following error message;

"On the M3903, keys 4-15 are not supported"

Can it be done? I have an option 61C.

if you mean intercom group use a key from 0 to 3 on the 3903 and 0 to 11 on a 3904.

I'm doing this in LD 20. When you choose a key, and as an example I choose key 03 which is currently defined as CSD (not sure what CSD is used for) will "Intercom" be displayed on the phones LCD? If not, how will the user know which is key 03 on their respective phone?

interom will be displayed if key is programmed correctly. CSD = Conferee Selectable Display key.

When you configure a key for M3903/3904, the display change with the function of the key. That display is never as clear we expect to have. Using the personalization key, user can change the label of any key, except key 0. So he can change it with "Intercom" if he wants.

I got it to work on my M3903 phone set. Can the personal number be the extension of the person you want to intercom? Can you attach a name to the personal number?

i use the last 2 digits of the dn for icm when i can and yes, ld 95 neew name cust 0 dig ..enter the dig number and ext. return then enter the name
