Using version 10 and we are changing the time for each hunt group to ring to night at 5pm instead of 6pm.
I dont see a time profile set up for 5pm-on in the IP Office. What would be the easiest way to set this up? In the past I have put a hunt group to night mode that would direct the calls at 5pm to our after hour voicemail. I will have a total of 7 Hunt Groups that will need to overflow and then all of these Hunt Groups night mode will be 5pm.
