creating folder on desktop

I ave a share on my server and I want a shortcut to that share to appear on everyone's desktop. How do I do that? I know how to redirect folders in group policy, but cant find a way to create shortcuts automatically on a desktop.

If you're running login scripts, just create a shortcut and put it in the netlogon directory of your server. Then, in the login script copy the shortcut to the users desktop.
