I have a database I use for both quoting and invoicing. I want to use the same form for both quoting and invoicing, with a drop down menu that shows whether the record is an invoice or a quote. When a quote is succesful, I want to change the drop down menu option to invoice, and then upon save have the database create a new record set with duplicate details of the original record set (the quote), with the exception of the quote/invoice field which will reflect the new the change of status.
If anyone can help it would me appreciated.
