creating booket with Publisher 2007

Hi, I want to create a 13 page A4 size unfolded booklet in MS Publisher 2007, so that each page gets printed out singly and I need to staple them altogether.

How do I do this in publisher from scratch?

Don't start with a booklet template. Just start with a blank A4 sheet and add 12 blank pages.
