Creating Bak files 1

I have set up a Maintenance plane

full back up every night
trans every two hours
optim once a week
integrity checks once a week

ok my question is
would i need anything else then the BAK & TRN files
to rebuild the database and PC from Ground up
Should i be backing up the MDF and LDF files?

You can't backup the MDF and LDF files without
1) Stopping SQL Server OR
2) Detaching the database OR
3) Using 3rd party software.

You can restore SQL databases with the backup files you are creating. I suggest extensive reading about backup and restore in SQL BOL and other sources. Then create a backup/restore plan and test it.
