I have a form that I would like to send to interested people once it is filled out. I would like to send it in a format that will produce an almost exact replica of the form - Logo's and all. From what research I have done the best format seems to be html. Question: Can I create a template using the form? I have been unsuccessful in exporting and saving it in html format? Does anyone know how I can do this?

Once I have a template all I will need to do is send the populated form as an email attachment, choose html, the template and then access will simply input the data into the template....correct?

What I do is I create a form in html. When the form is submitted, it gets shoved into a table in Access. I take this data and create a Data Access Page with the table fields. You can do this through Access. It works like a form in design view.

Sending data via email attachments is sloppy, esp with null fields. Use asp.

lpgagirl, What you want to do is TO create a report same as form, data refering to the form and print it to PDF or SNAPSHOT. send to the people.
All can be automated with once click.
You need to search in these forums for
REPORT PRINT TO PDF
REPORT PRINT TO SANPSHOT
REPORT SEND BY EMAIL
etc..
There are hundreds of posts.

Come back with your findings.
