Creating an HTML generator

I need to create pretty basic HTML generator. I have 14 text boxes that the user will fill out. I want these 14 values to be put into the html so that when a button is clicked the user can copy the generated HTML from a textfield and paste it elsewhere. Any ideas? I a javascript newbie so I want to keep it as simple as possible.
