creating an excel import cashbook

please help i am trying to import an excel cashbook into Accpac version5.4 which uses a peresoft cashbook version 5.4. i need to have the format sample which includes the headers and the details.

Export an existing batch to Excel to get the format.

my cashbook set up does not have export icon or option but have only import icon. i dont know whether this is normal or not
