Creating ActiveX from VCL Component

Hi,
I use Delphi 2005.
I’m trying to create an ActiveX control from a VCL control.
The problem that I have is that when I do File| Open| Other… and I select the “ActiveX” category I have not any “Active Control” icon to chose, even when before that I created an ActiveX library project.

Any idea?

Any idea..is there any third party software that will create activex from vcl?
