Creating Access 2000 Table With Visual FoxPro 6.0

I received a program that my company is to utilize that maintains its records in an Access 2000 database. Our records reside in FoxPro tables. Instead of using their data entry forms, we want to copy our data into this Access 2000 table. My problem is, each month the program creates new tables from template tables. For example, when the first record is entered for March, 2001, this program creates a '3-2001-recs' table from a template table named 'recommendations'. I can input data into existing tables but I can't figure out how to dynamically create these Access 2000 tables at runtime. I do not have Access 2000 at my disposal.
