Am looking to make my own work flow program. It is to be used for alocation of phone calls to hunt groups ect for it's first role. Then onto company workflow desision making sending emails that sort of thing. Have examined Visio's ability to backend it's self into a database. Have also checked out the avaliable products on the market that can be used for work flow designed for .net. It all led me back to one thing.... need to create my own.
