Creating a Template - Crystal 9 1

Dear Laurie,
You simply save it to the C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Crystal Reports 10\Templates folder and please note that if you do not go into the File/Summary Info and provide a Report Tile, it will be listed as un-named.
