I am in the process of designing a database that consists of a minimum of 12 forms. These were paper based forms that are required by the gov't for each client. From these 12+ different forms I need to prepare a summary of some of the information contained in these 12+ forms per client. So if there are 10 clients I need to total up the information necessary for the summary for 10 clients from the 12+ forms. I'd like to be able to create an automated summary form that inherits or pulls the information. <br>
