Creating a Start Date and End Date

I have a report that I am creating and I have a field called Completion Date. I would like to have a user be able to enter a Start and End date and have the report pull up records between those dates. How do you create the prompt for the min and max dates?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Date-Object between prompt1 and prompt2

Build this in query panel in the conditions section.... T. Blom
