Creating a stand alone MS Access 2000 run-time application

Is there a way to create a stand alone MS Access 2000 run-time application or is there software available to do this?
 
Check at MS for the Developer's Edition.

Dear tdzimmer,

To distribute an MS Access aplication to a PC, without access, will require that you build an install procedure to install a Runtime version of Access. The MS Office Developer will allow you to do this. I do not think that the 2000 version is available anymore unless you can find it an online software site, but the 2003 version is available
