Creating a Report in Excel

I am a track coach and I keep my records in excel. I want to create a report that automatically searches a range and not only selects the lowest time but also the name associated with in the the cell next to it. Is that possible?
 
Try using a Pivot Table on your list.
When putting the field in place, double click and you will be able to choose the needed function ( Min)
