Creating a distribution list on Global Address List from client

How do you create a distribution list from an OL2k client, where the dl is added to the Global Address List? The functionality appears on the client screen, but when I select to add the dl to the Global adddress list it says, "you cannot create entries for this address book"

You can do it from AD Users and Computers.

Never tried it with Outlook. Dan
