createing a command from in VB

Hello,
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to figure out how to create and name a command button from within VB code. I think I know how to rename it, just not how to create it. It also needs to put itself on an excel worksheet with the new name, it would also be convenient if it postioned itsself on the sheet according to a set of criteria.
