Create XML using PL/SQL

I am running an Oracle 8i database (8.1.6.0.0) on Windows NT and trying to create XML through PL/SQL. Is there a way to create XML through PL/SQL? What package(s) do I need to install in order to produce XML documents?

There's a book something like XML and Oracle
that shows how to generate XML using Oracle
commands. I'll take a look at the title tonight
if you can't locate it. Jim

I think listener22 may be refering to "Building Oracle XML Applications" from O'Reilly.
There is also one from Oracle Press, but I am currently working my way through the O'Reilly book and highly recommend it.
