Create users in Domain and creat a folder for them

I am going to add about 10,000 users (students) to our domain controller via the adduser.exe command. Is there any way to add the user AND create a folder for them on the server automatically?
Has anyone had a need to add a huge amount of users and individual folders before?
I apprieciate any advice/input you can give!
