Create Terminal Server User's Programmatically

Can someone point me towards some info about programmatically creating users/terminal server logins in Win2k? Twice a week, I set a new Win2K server for a new customer and ship it with ten standardized user accounts. Every time I do this, I have to build each of the ten accounts and configure their desktops, etc.
Is there anyway that my programmers could save me this work?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
