Create taskpad to reset Account Lockout

I would like to give a few users the ability to only be able to reset an account if it becomes locked out. I know how to create a taskpad, but the option to reset a locked account is not one of the items to pick.

Does anyone have any advise how I can only give this feature through a taskpad or any other way?
