create shortcut for remote assistance on desktop 1

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a shortcut on my desktop to the "offer remote assistance" feature but not having much luck. I've created a shortcut on the desktop to the UnSolicitedRCUI.htm file, but it opens in IE and doesn't display properly because it's not displaying in the proper environment (ie Help and Support).

Is there any way that I can create a shortcut ont he desktop that will open it up in the Help and Support environment? I've already added it to my favorites but would like to make a shortcut on the desktop.

Obviously this isn't a huge deal, but it's just something I'd like to be able to do.

Create a shortcut containing the following

hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/unsolicitedrcui.htm

No probs, for future reference the way to do this is as follows.

Open Help and Support
Find the topic that you want and Open it.
The topic should appear on the Right.
Right click on any blank area of the topic and select properties.
Copy the address(URL) field
Copy this to a Shortcut.

Great, thanks for your post. When I said in my initial post that I created a shortcut to the UnSolicitedRCUI.htm file - I done exactly what you said above but for some reason it didn't load properly. Nearly like looking at a webpage without the style sheet !!

But when I done it now, it's fine. I don't see what I done differently, but hey, it works now anyway.
