Hey All, I have been reading and reading and working and working for a few days now and I need help.
I have a Windows Server 2000 machine that is running a website for internal company use. I would like to use this server as a DNS server for internal workstations (really I have some workstations on a differnet VLAN/subnet and would like them to use Windows File Sharing through the router).
Anyway, I have the DNS service running and it works well for Internet-based hosts. But trying to resolve hostnames on the internal network does not work. Our corporate webserver and mailserver are not hosted on our network. Perhaps Server 2003 would be easier? (I do have a Win Server 2003 only running one App).
Any help on this is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Aaron
