Create IDC

I would like to play our main menu tree when client call our service center.
Would an IDC work for me. If so I need help building the IDC

idc serves another purpose ...you might be better off using CCR - custom call routing

This Menu tree should be for external callers only.
All internal callers would be routed to the Service center ACD queue.
Would CCR work for this type of operation.

I would need help setting up a CCR Config

if you use an idc to change the main inbound digits to that app acd dn, then it will play for external callers.

then go to ALL inbound routes and answer idc yes and the next to prompts day idc and night idc to 1

As a fall back, If this were not as the client wanted, Would I be able to out the IDC to return to origianl functionality?
