I've created a report in Business Objects, run it and got the data. I've also created two formulae (as variables) within the report. Does anyone know if I'm now able to use these formulae as part of the query?

Matt,

Formulas (objects) created at the PC end, i.e. in the report cannot become part of the query,as there is no BO intelligence at the host.

The formulas will be re-evaluated if the report is refreshed.

To create n object actually to be used in the query, you should introduce some new objects inti the universe, using CASE statements etc, depending on your datbase.
