create db on rac

he i have instal oracle 9.2.0.6 rac on aix 5.2 ML_06 on pseries cluster and when i create database with sql script i recieve the folowing message

ORA-01501: Echec CREATE DATABASE
ORA-00200: creation de fichier de controle impossible
ORA-00202: fichier de controle : '/dev/rDPMDN_ctl1_160M'
ORA-27041: ouverture du fichier impossible

looks like a problem with disk space (file system full?) or permission on directories (may oracle user write to the target directory?)

btw, I don't think that you really want do place a controlfile in /dev diectory ?!
