Create CR7 Compiled Report From VB

Is it possible to create a compiled crystal 7 report from VB? (I am trying to have an e-mailable version of the report for distribution that maintains all formatting)

And, if it is possible, what is the code to do so? I have been searching the help, developers help, and the FAQ from this site, but to no avail.
