Create a video on a Mac for PC users that don't want to download QT

I am racking my brain on this one. I would like to create a page with video on it for PC users--more specifically ebay users. They aren't going to want to download QuickTime (30 MB+). I have created an mpeg1 file, but don't don't know how to get to display without the QuickTime. Any suggestions?

You can get flip4mac. Its a program that allows mac users to encode windows media video. Also incudes a QT plugin that lets windows media play in quicktime. Its not free though, might not be worth getting for a 1 time thing.
