Create a Table with Fields from records in another Table

Im battling to do something relatively simple (Im sure), creating a new table where the field names come from information filled in in another table. To make my problem easier to understand, I have put the problem up at:

The Subject Names in table 3 need to change when they are changed in table 2.

You want to create a cross tab report - there is a wizard for it, it's not too tough - but if you need more help give us a yell...
