Is there a way (other than AUTO FILTER) to have Excel print a packing slip? I have a very large excel sheet.

O.H. PART-NO DESC BIN
2 12455 pump SHELF20
3 16490 gasket SHELF20

I would like to have Excel print each BIN separately without having to AUTOFILTER each BIN because of the large amount of different BINs on the sheet.

My goal is to print each sheet by BIN and when the BIN changes, start a new sheet, and so on.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

You could use the Data/Subtotal feature, selecting the Pabe Break Between Groups checkbox, then print.

Thanks Skip! I have used SubTotals before but just for viewing. I never notcied the PAGE BREAK feature. That does it exactly! A star for you and thanks for the quick reply!

Very interesting, Skip! I tried it out and it works like a charm. Not sure what I will ever do with this, but you never know.

Another star.

Thanks,
