You mean just add a member server into an existing windows 2000 domain? That's easy, just install your OS and then join your domain. that's it!

Could you be more specific. What I want to do is to implement a citrix server. Where I am confuse is, if I implement this server all my authentication will be done by my PDC or active Dir? Do you have a how to on this?

Oh i can't help you with Citrix..never used but it seems cool.
