Create a buton that sends a file to a server

Hi,

First of all, I know almost nothing about programming with access. I got to create a form in which users enter data, that's a first step.

Now I need to create a button that will send file "C:\example.txt" to a ftp site (Ex: usernameass@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)...

... is this something that can easily be done? If so, can you send an example of a script? As I said, I'm not that good with programming, and if you get too technical, you're gonna loose me very fast..!
