I have a Compaq Server that is crashing once a week. We have replaced all the hardware, i.e. CPU, Memory, SCSI Controller. Where in the OS can I look to see why it is crashing. I checked Syslog and error_log. I am new to SCO and do not know where to look. Any Help is appreciated.

Have a look at:
/var/adm/messages
/var/adm/syslog

In /etc/default/boot check that:
PANICBOOT=NO

Hope This Helps, PH.

Are there any errors appearing on the console when it crashes?
Is "once a week" an average, or does it crash on a schedule, like every Monday night (or something similar)?
If it performs a PANIC then there utilities you can run after rebooting to examine the dump image for clues.
