CR9 Report using Arial 9 being changed during export

Hi all,
I have a CR9 report that uses primarily Arial 9 for font and size. It is being exported to MS Word to then be used as part of a formal report, goes via Quark, then to an offsite printer.

The export seems to run OK, but in the Word document the fontsize has been changed to 8.5, changing the way the report sits on the page.

How can I retain the size 9 font through the export? Or is there a different way to get it to Quark(something I know nothing about). Our graphics person takes over there.

Try exporting to a RTF file, sometimes that works better (though I thought that 9 did a reasonable job).

There are also service packs which often address exporting so apply that as well:

Exporting to rtf does the same thing, unfortunately.
