Hello,

we're just about to migrate from CR 8.5 to CR X (as you perhaps just now from my other threads ;-) ).

My actual question is as follows:

We have to databases - one for production, the other for development. Under CR 8.5 when I wanted to change a report I did the following:
- open the report
- select menu database/change driver
- in the appearing window enter the database name of databse "development", my user and password. I had to do that for the main and every subreport.
- made the changes, tested them
- when the new version was to be used in database "production":
- select menu database/change driver
- in the appearing window enter the database name of databse "production", my user and password. I had to do that for the main and every subreport.

As the menu "database" does not longer have an item "change driver" I am now wondering how I can connect the report (and all it's subreports) to a different database.

I'm sure it is simple but I can not find it.

Thank's for help!
Barbara
