CR 9 with access database

This is the report I need. Can CR 9 do this?

Keys
Invoice #, Invoice ID, Project Id, Employee id

Page 1 Current invoice amount: invoice_total for customer
Grand total...

summary of project id total
summary of project id total
summary of project id total
Total on these project ids

Per Employee id hours * rate summary total
Per Employee id hours * rate summary total

This is based on technical information which wasn't supplied, try posting specifics such as:

You've supplied the Crystal version, and the expected output (somewhat), but without knowing the tables involved, it's hard to say how you might do this.

Generally you would use Insert->Group->Invoice

Now you can insert summaries for the project ID's by select Insert->Group->Project.

The trick will be in displaying another section which contains the employee totals for the invoice (as opposed to showing them for each project, which would be easy). A common approach would be to use a subreport, but you may be able to return the data summarized by the database, depending upon your database used.

I use MS Access 2000. I connect through CR 9 database connect.

My problem is putting a grand total of the report information on page one prior to printing the report.

I get the summary information on the group of the project id only on the group level.

Invoice #, Invoice ID, Project Id, Employee id

each table has the link to each other with the invoice #
