CPU Utilization rule always 0

In Metaframe XP FR2 SP2 I have two servers in load balancing a published desktop and have created a load evaluator with CPU Utilization and Server user load. One of the servers always reports a CPU utilization of 0 no matter what the CPU is doing in taskmgr. I have changed the defaults from 90/10 full/no load to 100/0 so that I should always get a value for percentage of CPU load. If anyone knows what Citrix uses to get the CPU load info, I would appreciate it... When I run Performance on both of these boxes looking at CPU I see the correct values so it shouldn't be a perfmon.dll situation.

I have also faced this problem. On some servers it is CPU Utilisation, on some servers it is memeory usage and i have seen application or server load as not being reported by load evaluator on many of my servers. It seems some bug in Citrix.
