CPU/Memory/Disk utilization info for highest priority apps including

I was given a task today and the wording was "For each Sun box, I need the CPU/Memory/Disk utilization info for the highest priority apps including Peak usage (Day/time/duration) for those apps".

Is there a tool available that can get this for me? Where do I even start?

or use prstat.
